Can I change the items in my order after checking out?

To maintain efficient processing times and minimize transit delays, our system routes orders to fulfillment almost immediately. Consequently, we are unable to modify orders after they are placed. Please take a moment to double-check your cart details prior to completing your purchase.

What happens if I forgot to use a promotional code?

Connect with our customer service team as soon as possible. Please share your current order number alongside the promo code you intended to use, and we will explore available options to see how we can best accommodate you.

Can you adjust my delivery destination if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately with the corrected address. We can adjust the shipping information provided your package has not yet entered the packing or dispatch phase. Once the order is in the hands of the courier, destination changes are no longer possible.

Delivery & Restocks

Where can I find the tracking information for my package?

Once your order is processed and dispatched, a notification containing custom tracking details will be emailed to you. Clicking the provided link will take you directly to the transport provider's portal, where live transit updates will become available.

How can I find out when an out-of-stock item will be available again?

We frequently replenish seasonal favorites and core items within several weeks. We recommend registering your email on the specific product's page to receive an immediate alert as soon as the item is replenished.

Returns, Faults & Exchanges

What are the guidelines for returning an item or changing a size?

If you need to send an item back, we accept returns on regular-priced products that are completely unworn, unwashed, and retain all original packaging and tags. Items purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return. We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges; instead, after our warehouse receives and inspects your returned parcel, you will receive a flexible online credit voucher that does not expire, which you can use to order an alternative size or a different product whenever you choose.

How do I handle an incorrect delivery or a defective product?

We are committed to making things right if your order arrives with a defect or if the wrong item was sent. Please email us within 30 days of receiving the package. To help us resolve this quickly, include your order reference number, the name of the affected item, and a photo illustrating the fault or mistake, and our team will coordinate a proper remedy.
